Happy Halloween Everybody!! Wow-what a great day, we started at 11:30 in the morning with free Jersey Mikes for the kids to Trunk or Treat at the collage. Free Crapes, Hot Chocolate, Carmel Apples, and of course Trick or Treating.
Well over 500 cars showed up for Truck or Treat I sure hope they had enough. I really hope to get the video done this week. A little bummed at how many houses did not have lights on but were pleased with the interesting ways to hand out candy. For a COVID year, we sure made the best of it!

ReplyDeleteVery few kids showed up at my house, but that always seems to be true.
We just had kids come round the village to look at our decorations, and no treats were handed out, but we had nothing like the usual numbers of visitors. We’re in a Tier 3 lockdown over in this part of Scotland, so all travel is advised against unless essential, which means a lot of the kids from a bit further out couldn’t come..so it was an odd one for us, but we still decorated and had some Halloween fun! Glad to see you had a great time!

ReplyDeleteMan, I love Jersey Mikes! Glad you had a Happy Halloween, Bob. There were definitely fewer people handing out this year, but we still managed to get about 50 Trick or Treaters and they were all happy to find us handing out. Now to start planning for next year!
