Free Comic Book Day

Wow so #FCBD came and went. It was such a crazy weekend but we made it to Metropolis Comics in time to pick up a few new books. I have not missed one of these yet almost did last year but made it just as the books dwindled.

We also made it in time to for the girls to get photographed by the local newspaper. It happened around the time that the owner was helping the girls find something new to read.

T for Tick. Spoon!!!!

Next to Aquaman there is one more superhero that takes up some space in the Man Cave. That would be the crazy and quotable Tick. Not sure why I love this character but I do.

It's easy to say the Cave has Comic Books, TV Shows, Cartoons and even a few Action figure's laying around.

Crazy to think an 18-year-old kid started this hero back in 1986 as a mascot for a comic book store.

Halloween Comic Fest

This year The Man Cave will be handing out Halloween ComicFest books. You have to love these. When I was a kid the cool house was the one handing out comics and trading cards. Check out Halloween Comic Fest for more details.
