C2E2 News
Sounds like Svengoolie will be meeting with fans sooner then we all thought! Saturday April 28th will see Sven shaking hands and signing autographs at C2E2 in Chicago. This is great news that lets us all know he is closer to returning to the small screen. In his last blog post he hinted as to getting the OK from his doctor to return to work soon. He will be limited in hours until he is back to full strength.
" As I’ve said, it will take a while for me to catch up and plan new shows- but- it’s coming up down the line!" commented Sven last weekend. This is all great news and I'm looking forward to bringing you more info on his return. In the mean time if you have not done so already go VOTE! Some other notable guest's at the event Kevin Smith, Adam West, Burt Ward, and Julie Newmar. Of course there will be the Toy Hunter Himself Jordan Hembrough who should be a fun meet and greet. |

Wizard World Chicago Comic Con
Last weekend we slipped away to see a buddy across the street from Flashback Weekend. Steve was attending Chicago's Comic Con. Hell I see no reason to pay $50 buck's to go in when you can see the crazy show that is Comic Con standing in the lobby.Everybody was hanging out having a good time. No body seemed to care that we where dressed in black and had zombie wrist bands on. So here are a few photos and a quick video for your enjoyment.

Hatchet III
A search and recovery team heads into the haunted swamp to pick up the pieces and Marybeth learns the secret to ending the voodoo curse that has left Victor Crowley haunting and terrorizing Honey Island Swamp for decades. With Danielle Harris, Kane Hodder and Zach Galligan.
Here are a few of the photos from Dark Sky Films Twitter feed from Comic Con.
We have flying Monkeys!
Oz: The Great and Powerful from Disney is a prequel to Dorothy and Toto's The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. The film stars James Franco in the role of Oz on his journey to become the ruler of the wondrous world. The trailer is filled with glorious special effects. But I'm not to sure at this point I was looking forward to it. But Sam Rami has yet to do me wrong.
Oz: The Great and Powerful will be in theaters on March 8, 2013.
Here is the poster one more time as well.
