Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Holy  whirlwind the past few weeks! First off I hope everybody had a Happy Holiday! With Christmas and work and this crazy ass weather, it has been nuts here in the Cave. I have watched a few movies the past few weeks so I will try and do a mega post later this week. I also have a few Cartoon's that I wanted to cover and hope to get to them soon as well. It has just been non-stop around here. I'm on vacation this week and this is the first time I have sat at a computer yet.

All tho some of my time have been in front of a TV playing video games with the girls. And when they are done I have been playing the crap out of South Park Stick of Truth.

I can not believe I made my goal of watching 52 movies this year and look to do 100 next year. For me with kids and school actives I'm happy with that number. It has also been a fun year of posting in 2015 and I look to carry that into 2016.

Anyhoo I hope to do a few post's before the end of the year so stay tuned! And thanks fo…

Sonic the Hedgehog must stop the evil Dr. Robotnik from ruining Christmas after Santa Clause disappears

In the early 90's you where either a Sonic fan or a Mario fan for some you could not be both. So for me, I took the high road and "Ran" with Sonic. I was unaware of this Christmas Speical until earlier this month when it popped up on ConTv. Being a fan of cartoons based on games and enjoying Sonic back in the day I was more than eager to check this out.

Santa's Magic Toy Bag

It leads them to an underground world, lost in time and where people have adapted to low light. The High Priest Elinu doesn't welcome the presence of the new arrivals and wants them eliminated.

I remember having high hopes for The Mole People when it aired earlier on Sven and ending up kind of disappointed. The world of Mole People and the Mole's themselves were really cool, but I was not impressed. But in the spirit of Creepmas. I will tu…

An old bitter miser is given a chance for redemption when he is haunted by ghosts on Christmas Eve.

For the past few years, I find myself tracking down a version of the Christmas Carol that I have not already seen. Why you ask, well every Christmas as a child the one thing my mom would ask to do on Christmas was to watch A Christmas Carol. We would all moan and grown when it came on and then would turn back to our Christmas haul and play away. It was not until I was older when I finally understood the power of this story. It is by far the best ghost story around. And now I find myself  holding up her tradition with a little node to Bah Humbug every year.
This year I found myself captivated by this 1971 animated short…

Oi to the world!

On the third day of Creepmas, the Krampus gave to me a Gothic Scream Queen!
Whom better to spend Creepmas with than the princess of darkness herself, RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 4 winner Sharon Needles?

For Gothic scream queen's holiday video, Miss Needles goes full-on punk, from the big-box-store Black Friday riot that kicks off the clip to the whips-and-chains scenes starring Sharon in naughty-but-nice, Vivienne Westwood-esque couture.

Oi to the world! “Jingle Bells” was never sung with so much balls. Turn this one up!

An on-board romance had blossomed between Marilyn and Roger, but on land Marilyn discovers Roger's family holds a longstanding grudge against the Munsters. Herman upholds the family honor in an auto race; he and Grandpa also unlock "the secret of Munster Hall."

Oh yes, the famous Drag-ula car! I dig this movie its pretty fun and when it's hosted by Sven the bits get crazy in all the right ways. You can not beat sitting back after shopping all the small business near you today and watching our favorite family while sipping on some cider.

Don't forget …

Please pass the wine!

Happy Thanksgiving From Bob at the Man Cave! Now please try not to shop today and be with family. It's bad enough my wife is sleeping now at 1 in the afternoon so she can work tonight at midnight!

22 years after the original Jurassic Park failed, the new park (also known as Jurassic World) is open for business. After years of studying genetics, the scientists on the park genetically engineer a new breed of dinosaur. When everything goes horribly wrong, will our heroes make it off the island?

Sense movie making is a team effort you have to give its nod's to the whole crew on this one. From all those glorious easter eggs to an amazing looking world you are transported into. Can you really say anything bad about this movie? Jurassic World is an amazing movie just like it's older brother Jurassic Park.
The location and the mood set by JW have to be one of the biggest stars. Don't get me wrong the Dinosaurs are great and I will get to that. But the way Jurassic World wrap's y…

The human experiment!

The amazing living puppets of Andre Toulon have a new master. In a desperate attempt to duplicate the great Puppet Master’s work, Dr. Magrew has been experimenting with his human assistants, but Hell is about to break loose.

As captives in Dr. Magrew’s “House of Marvels,” the puppets have watched silently as lives have been destroyed with every failed experiment. Now, the deadly puppets’ hunger for revenge is the only way to stop the legacy of evil.

So in an attempt to finish the Puppet Master franchise by the end of the year I better get going. I have always heard negative things about David DeCoteau's Curse of the Puppet Master so let's take a look shall we?

Oh, God!

Not a lot of time to run out to thrift stores and well garage sale season is over, but I did manage to pick a few things up. First up...

Oh, God starring George Burns, we watched this movie so many times on HBO that I'm pretty sure I will know it line by line still. Growing up was so much fun when you could watch this followed by Poltergeist. Next up and staying on the religious theme this VHS caught my eye.

The first thing that called my name was Hanna-Barbera and then to see Vincent Price along with Helen Hunt!! Sold!! I'm not familiar with this show and I'm one of those that does believe in Christmas and not just the presents aspect I'm looking forward to watching this. (After Thanksgiving of course) And while in the VHS section how could I pass up on this,

Nobody can go wrong with a little Hello Kitty and Christmas and it was only a quarter so this cheap ass had no problem picking it up. I'm sure the girls will be watching this soon. So that is it nothing to g…
