Hubie Halloween Coming October 7th
Ok, Halloween fans now that a trailer has dropped for the new Adam Sandler flick what do you think? I'm sure I will watch it for the greater good of this blog and all things Halloween but I just might have to drink a few witches brews beforehand.
Despite his devotion to his hometown of Salem (and its Halloween celebration), Hubie Dubois is a figure of mockery for kids and adults alike. But this year, something is going bump in the night, and it's up to Hubie to save Halloween.
Hubie Halloween is just one of several new movies and shows coming to Netflix this Halloween, and people seem to be excited! the movie reunites a bunch of comedy faves all in one star-studded cast. Like many prolific people in Hollywood, Sandler definitely has some collaborators he likes to work with a lot, and some of them show up in this cast, but there are also plenty of exciting newcomers to watch out for.
Ok let me know will you be tuning in or tuning out?
Well, it looks like a typical Adam Sandler movie and generally speaking, I'm not a huge fan of his. However, I still might give this one a try just because of the Halloween theme. But WTF is up with that goofy accent?ReplyDelete
It's funny because I'm not a huge fan as well its the same movie every time.Delete
I'm now tempted.ReplyDelete
I'll Bet You Go For It, just make sure to pop up some kettle corn before the show.Delete
I'll be tuning in because they actually shot in/around Salem (look for a blog post when the movie premieres with "on location" pics!) and Halloween but man...it just looks not good. He's like the Waterboy and Carl from Caddyshack had a baby. Hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised.ReplyDelete
Oh that is awesome can not wait for that post!!Delete
I think I will check it out. Thanks for the heads up.ReplyDelete
Can't wait to hear what you have to say, I'm sure an army of Halloween Bloggers are going to write about this one.Delete
It has an almost "Ernest Scared Stupid" vibeReplyDelete
I wish I could get my kids to watch Ernest Scared Stupid with me sigh such a underrated classic (or is it?)Delete
I'll give it a chance. I can tolerate (or even welcome) some goofiness.ReplyDelete
