Might not have been a great movie but Still Alice is streaming on Vudu and is a must see. Alice Howland (Julianne Moore), happily married with three grown children, is a renowned linguistics professor who starts to forget words. When she receives a diagnosis of Early-Onset Alzheimer's Disease, Alice and her family find their bonds thoroughly tested. Her struggle to stay connected to who she once was is frightening, heartbreaking, and inspiring. Also starring Kristen Stewart, Kate Bosworth, Alec Baldwin, and Hunter Parrish. Man TubiTv.com stepped up its free game this month with a ton of crazy hits like this amazing flick from the Full Moon camp! Four people go in search of their missing friend. What they find is Slausen's Lost Oasis, and the mannequin dressed museum and a seemingly abandoned mansion owned by gentle old Mr. Slausen. He agrees to help with their car trouble, but some of the girls decide to look for a working phone inside the house even though Mr. Slausen warned them not too. Hidden within the home is Mr. Slausen's misunderstood mask hidden younger brother. What they learn is that the mannequins seem very much alive, or is there something much more terrifying behind the mask? With a kick-ass soundtrack, good-looking cast and one crazy story Tourist Trap was one the best movies I watched in 2015 check it out here.
Holy cats Prehysteria was just released on Blu-Ray a few months back! This video store staple is a must revisit I know I plan on watching this one soon but watch it for free its a must! Rico, a sleazy museum curator, steals a tribe's sacred dinosaur eggs in the rainforest. Frank is an archeologist and single parent and eeks out a living by selling fossils from his farm to the museum. In a mixup, his kids bring home the eggs and hatch the miniature dinosaurs. Frank is falling in love with Vicki, who works for Rico, and finds his life complicated when the dinosaurs begin trashing his house, and Rico attempts to regain his treasure.
Popcornflix has added a few new movies as well like 2016 hit Don't Hang Up, An evening of some drunken prank calls becomes a nightmare for a pair of teenagers when a mysterious stranger turns their own game against them...with deadly consequences.
Now this just blows me away Red Christmas just came out last year and is on the top of my Creepmas list for this year and it's now free at Popcornflix this looks to be a ton of fun! It's Christmas in Australia as Diane, played by the Dee Wallace, brings together her estranged family for a chaotic holiday gathering. A 20-year-old decision literally comes back to haunt her when the ghost of Christmas past comes knocking at her door and is invited inside the family estate. Festivities quickly turn blood red, when the stranger is revealed to be Cletus, Diane's aborted fetus, all grown up, very much alive and ready to terrorize his long-lost mother. Diane must face her past and explain the hideous truth that is trying to kill them all, especially to Jerry, her Down Syndrome son before it's too late.
