Apple + Frank = Tears?
Hi everyone hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and did not go too crazy this Black Friday. So have you seen the new Apple ad that features Frankenstein? I love it I had to rewind it and watch it again it was so powerful and moving! Check it out and let me know what you think, I'm starting to wonder if people are taking notice to Creepmas and how Halloween icons can live in harmony with Christmas.
They're a different breed of family.

The son of a Colorado rancher returns home from a semi-pro football career to run the family business.
If you love dysfunction family comedies then why the heck have you not watched the Ranch yet? I'm not a fan of That 70's show but I love the chemistry between Kutcher and Masterson! This has to be one of my all time favorite shows on the small screen! Season one ended with a great cliffhanger but was quickly outdone by season two's cliffhanger! The cast is so perfect with each other really drawing you into the look and feel of ranch life.
I can not tell you enough this show is worth checking out on all levels! If you watch The Ranch let me know in the comments how you feel about it. Am I just over hyping this show? Was season Two even better than the first one?

So once again a group of aliens wants to take a vacation to the exotic planet earth to have sex in all these wonderful locations. Ok fine, I will go with that but when they get here and nobody is or as ever had sex we get this odd plot about how sex is good and we should all be doing it. I don't know, I just do not know how to write this, ugh.

When Full Moon announced this movie and called the first one a cult classic I was all about checking it out. Virgin Hunters was a fun silly movie about sex being illegal. You can check out that review here. As for the sequel they went a completely different direction. Sadly it was nowhere near as much fun...

The locations look like a cheap porn flick from the early '80s and the outfits from the local salvation army. You just never get drawn in but sadly it was not the point. This movie was just a cheap rip off of a Cinemax after dark movie but even those have to look better than this.
The cast is ok but they are made up of a group of adult entertainers so they knew their way around each other's bodies. So they were easy to watch just the material they had was pointless and horrible. The soundtrack was odd 80's synth pop that just does not fit in at all.
I always look to Full Moon movies to put me in a good mood when I just want some silly fun. The first Virgin Hunters were fun to watch where the sequel fall's really short. The sex is boring the location's sucked and the cast was uncomfortable and sadly they are making a third one. I'm sorry to say skip this in the worst way. Sausage Party was better than this one and that is sad.

WOT Halloween Backrounds
One thing I did a lot of during the month of October was played the game World of Tanks. I have to say I'm just a little bit addicted I stink at it but I still like to play it. Well, early in the month they decked out the garage area for Halloween! I have to say it was pretty dang cool.
Then a few days leading up to Halloween they let you play as monster tanks and ghost tanks! Man, I can not wait to see what Christmas brings maybe a Santa Sleigh? Killer Reindeer? Whatever it is I'm in.
War and Peace In A Magical Way
So most pre-teens have idols like Justin Beiber or One Direction where you listen to the music endlessly with dreamy eyes. I know I wore out my fair share of cassettes and records back in the day. But for my daughter, it is all about Hamilton! To the point that we are all getting a little tired of hearing the music ourselves. Anyway this year she just had to go as Eliza from the play. Luckily my wife found this perfect dress at an antique shop and old lantern and some gloves that she forgot to wear. Her life is consumed by Hamilton and let me tell you there could be worse things. One thing about the musical would be its based on history and on Halloween Night we touched a little bit of that.
My wife's coworker has a husband that collects antiques so in other words he had a book from Alexander Hamiltons personal library and it was signed by the man himself! And we were allowed to see it.
It was such a magical moment hearing how he obtained the book and all the work he has put into it like sending a piece of hair he found in it for DNA testing. But then he told us about how it was at the Hamilton museum and how Lin-Manuel Miranda touched and held this book just like she was. That moment was so priceless I thought she was going to cry with joy. You just do not get to do things like this in such a small town!
Of course, I did make a small video of the night please give it a thumbs up if you watch it, and I hope the heart warming moment comes through for all of you to see. Thanks again.
Halloween Pictures
Wow, what a great night! Halloween in the 70's was crazy, and yet I still do not believe in global warming. In fact, it's so odd that its November 2nd and on the 1st is when we say it is ok to turn on the heat and here I sit with the windows wide open. I'm truly in love with this fall. So back to Halloween just wanted to jump on and share a few pictures with you guys. I plan on doing some writing today and have a few post's up for the week.
So this year my oldest was heavily inspired by Hamilton and just had to go as Eliza. My youngest wanted to be a monster and a cute one at that. More to follow on Ella's trip into the Hamilton world later this week.
